Brian is an apple grower from the Meaford area, where he has farmed since 1987. He has been involved with the OFVGA since 1990, serving as Chair of the Property, Infrastructure, Energy & Food Safety Section and a one-year term as Vice Chair of the organization before serving as Chair from 2010 to 2012. He is also past Chair of the Ontario Apple Growers, Fruit and Vegetable Growers of Canada and Farm and Food Care Ontario.
